Welcoming Clare Kenny as Co-Host of TicketCo’s Hit Sports Podcast

Since its launch in March 2023, Don’t Forget Your Tickets has become much more than just a podcast. It’s now a go-to platform for the unsung heroes of football: the ticketing managers, commercial directors, operations leads, and tech-savvy club executives who work behind the scenes to create brilliant matchday experiences for fans.

Carl-Erik Moberg — TicketCo’s CEO and founding host — has led over 50 insightful conversations, giving these professionals a stage and a voice to share their ideas, lessons, and innovations. The podcast has become a trusted space for real insight into the business of football.

And now, we’re proud to announce the next evolution of the show: Clare Kenny is joining as co-host.

Bringing a Sharp Commercial Lens — and a Passion for the Game

Clare joined TicketCo’s board at the start of 2025, and recently stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Her experience in football is as rich as it is relevant, with senior commercial and media roles at UEFA, The FA, COPA90, and others. She combines deep knowledge of the sport with a passion for growing it, especially through smarter, more connected fan engagement.

In January this year, she made her Don’t Forget Your Tickets debut at the Emirates Stadium, opening the conference with a powerful live interview with Brighton & Hove Albion CEO Paul Barber. It was clear from the start: Clare knows how to get to the heart of the matter, and listeners wanted more.

Starting this August, Clare will now be stepping into the virtual podcast studio herself, bringing on guests from across the UK and Irish sports scene, with a focus on the commercial challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the game.

A Shared Commitment to Growing the Sport

At TicketCo, we don’t just work in sport. We care deeply about its future. That includes a strong commitment to the continued growth of women’s football, something Clare shares wholeheartedly. We know this matters not just commercially, but culturally.

And with England’s recent EURO 2025 triumph, there’s no better moment to celebrate the progress of the women’s game, and to keep driving it forward, through smart infrastructure, great storytelling, and a deeper connection with fans.

So to everyone at the FA, the Lionesses, and all those working tirelessly behind the scenes: Congratulations. It’s a win for the whole sport.

A New Duo Behind the Mic

Carl-Erik Moberg will remain the podcast’s main host, continuing to ask the tough questions and spotlight the brilliant minds shaping football off the pitch. But with Clare now joining him as co-host, Don’t Forget Your Tickets is set to offer even more perspective, energy, and reach — especially into the commercial and cultural landscape of British and Irish football.

Coming This August

Clare’s first solo-hosted episodes are expected to drop late August 2025, and we can't wait to share them. Make sure you're subscribed.  If you haven’t subscribed already, explore the back catalogue for conversations that shine a light on the real engine room of football: the people who make the game happen, week in and week out.
