When we first set out to create this award, our goal was simple: to recognise the individuals who consistently go above and beyond for their clubs, their fans, and the wider football community. We hoped it would resonate—but the response has exceeded all our expectations.
Throughout the nomination period, we received an incredible number of heartfelt submissions from across the National League, National League South, and National League North. While we can’t reveal the nominees just yet, what we can share is the remarkable quality of the work described.
The nominations reflected not just technical skill, but a genuine love for football and its fans. These ticketing managers aren’t simply administrators - they are ambassadors of their clubs' values and vital contributors to the matchday experience.
We are proud to say that the spirit of this award is alive and well across all tiers of the National League system. The winners will be announced in mid-May, and we can't wait to publicly celebrate the remarkable individuals who have earned this recognition.
