Nikki Lambourne
Morecambe FC | National League
Nikki Lambourne has shown remarkable dedication and professionalism during an especially difficult period for Morecambe FC. At a time of major uncertainty, when staff went unpaid and the club’s immediate future was unclear, she continued to work to ensure season tickets were issued and the ticketing system was ready for supporters at very short notice. Following the club’s sale, she and her team successfully delivered a fixture with only three days’ notice, managing both season ticket holders and significant matchday sales while also covering wider staff responsibilities. Nikki’s resilience, commitment, and leadership under pressure make her a highly deserving candidate for the 2026 TMOY Awards.
Mike Bosher
Brackley Town FC | National League
Mike Bosher has given exceptional voluntary service to Brackley Town FC, using his IT knowledge and experience to build and manage the club’s ticketing systems over many years. He led the introduction of TicketCo and has continued to oversee the day-to-day running of ticketing with efficiency, care, and a personal touch that reflects the club’s family values. As attendances have grown significantly, Mike has taken on an even greater workload while also supporting other club activities, including the women’s team, junior sides, and community projects. Amanda Penney
Macclesfield Football Club | National League North
Amanda Penney has played a central role in delivering smooth, fair, and well-managed ticketing operations at Macclesfield Football Club. She oversees ticketing across home and away fixtures, manages stadium access processes on matchdays, and supports senior staff with live attendance reporting and post-match data. Her work was especially important during the club’s high-profile FA Cup ties, where she handled exceptional demand, broadcast requirements, accessibility needs, and stakeholder allocations with professionalism and calm authority. Andy Gate
Oxford City | National League North
Andy Gate continues to make an outstanding contribution to Oxford City through his work in ticketing, media, marketing, and matchday operations. Karl Mawson
South Shields Football Club | National League North

Ryan Woolnough

Ryan Woolnough plays a vital role at Chesham United, leading ticketing operations across league and cup fixtures while also supporting the club’s wider IT and event activity. He has managed ticketing for major matches and large-scale club events, including fixtures with crowds of around 4,000 to 4,500, while also supporting season ticket preparation, community ticketing, and future play-off planning. Sophie Glendinning

Sophie Glendinning has made a major contribution to the successful delivery of ticketing for a flagship NIFL cup final at Windsor Park. Despite having no previous experience with the platform, she stepped forward to learn the system and went on to manage a sell-out event for around 13,000 supporters, including hospitality, segregation requirements, and accessibility needs. Her work helped deliver a smooth, member-first sales process and a strong customer experience throughout.
