What you will learn

Ticketed fans who do not show up are one of the most talked about and least solved problems in the industry. Dominik brings rigorous academic research to a question most clubs still answer with gut feel, and shows you what actually works to bring fans back.

  • Why fans who hold a ticket do not always show up, and what the research says is really driving it
  • What no shows actually cost your club commercially, beyond the empty seat itself
  • How behavioural science can shape pricing and communication that gets more ticket holders through the door
  • How to turn academic research into practical decisions you can apply at your own club or venue
